SPC Header Editor Readme

Version 1.02.0004 by CSF Man (csfman@csfmania.8m.com)

SPC Header Editor is a program (as it's name tells it) to
edit SPC headers. SPC files are files dumped by emulators like ZSNes
or SNes9X. Since version 0.20, the game title and the dump date are
automatically included in the SPC header, and in SPCs version 0.30
or more, you can add some things like song name, or dumper's name.

So if you are like me, bored of using hexeditors, this is the program
you need!

Feel free to use it and distribute it as long as you distribute the original
zip file you downloaded. You might put the file on your site, but please include
a link to my page (http://www.csfmania.8m.com)

Features:

- Automatically converts version 0.10 and 0.20 to version 0.30
- You can select the language you want (if you have the file, of course)
- You can run multiple instances

Limitations:

- Does not take file date from version 0.10 (you'll have to do this by yourself)
- If the emulator used is other than 0, 1 or 2, it'll be automatically put to 0
- Cannot write onto read-only files (you'll get an error)

System requirements:

- Windows 95/98
- VB5 Runtime Libraries
- CSFLANG.DLL (which you can download on my site)

History:

v1.02.0004	Added a lot of new features:
		- Support of CLF files (a format of my own), allowing you to select
		  the language you want
		- You can enter a file name if you did not specify it at command line
		- Multiple instances are now allowed
		- Removed that stupid log option. It's completly useless; I was only
		  using it for debugging purposes
		- Window is wider, allowing longer strings to be fully displayed

v1.01.0001	Second release. Here are the new features:
		- Channels disables are now supported (Thanks to (:Peekin:))
		- The window haves a button in the taskbar
		- Added a nice background bitmap in the main window

v1.00.0013	First release
